How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Customized items, including items that have been embroidered, will not be accepted back for exchanges or refunds.

DO NOT return any products without contacting customer service first (1-888-91-ROBES). We retain the right to refuse all packages returned without our consent.

You may return or exchange any unused and unwashed merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the shipping date for the value of the goods purchased. Absolutely no refunds on shipping charges.

Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours of receiving your product.

All items returned must be clean, unused and with original tags still attached and in the original packaging in order to accept the return or exchange.

When making your return please include, your name, address, phone number, email address and your invoice number. A copy of your packing list, email confirmation or proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt will be needed for reimbursement of the full purchase price . This will also greatly reduce the time it will take to process your return.

All credits will be processed to the original purchaser only. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Parcel). Chadsworth & Haig is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Special Holiday Return Policy:
Orders during November and December will be able to be returned until the end of  January.  Customized items, including items that have been embroidered, will not be accepted back for exchanges or refunds.
